چکیده

The paper presents the results of a qualitative study carried out -PROF" (POCU/904/6/25/146587) focused on critical-reflexive analysis perceptions mentor teacher trainers, students Prof I training program regarding experience their and values shared as teachers. Trainers' for teaching career mentorship aimed to complete an up-to-date continuous program, well-articulated, structured six topics. These are follows: - from concept action; elements adults' education -values, principles, characteristics; planning mentoring activity; management process; counselling professional development in mentorship, assessment validation skills. conclusions highlight personal conceptions trainers participating regards role importance ensure quality work novice teachers who evolution. Moreover, it focuses skills qualities required supported by relevant examples teachers' experience.
